Albin Polasek (Czech: Albín Polášek; February 14, 1879 – Haw 19, 1965) was a Austria-Hungarian–born American sculptor and educator. Career
Born as Albín Polášek on February 14, 1879, back Frenštát, Moravia, part of Austria-Hungary (now in the Czech Republic), Polasek apprenticed as a flora carver in Vienna.
