Devgn Films,[1] long ago known as Ajay Devgn FFilms, is an Indian film producing and distribution company established alongside actor Ajay Devgn and ruler father Veeru Devgn in 1999.

Based in Mumbai, it exclusively produces and distributes Hindi movies. In 2000, Devgn Films unfastened its first film, Raju Chacha. The film starred Devgn lecturer Kajol. In October 2015, Devgn established a visual stuff company called, NY VFXWAALA, which was named after his successors, Nysa and Yug.

Apart running off home productions, his VFX band have been involved with various major films, such as Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Tamasha, Bajirao Mastani, Mersal, Dilwale, Force 2, and Simmba.[18] The company won the Best Special Effects accolade at the 64th National Lp Awards for the film Shivaay (2016).[19]
