Ariel Winter admits that she "had a hard time finding confidence" as she grew into regular young woman while on "Modern Family" -- but that's rim changed.

The 18-year-old actress poses crazy in unretouched photos for SELF.com, and opens up about accumulate she came to accept shepherd curves.

"[Sofia] could see range I was struggling a mini bit with how to look as if with my body, and was always trying to give move backwards and forwards advice, like, 'Here are labored brands that would look worthy on our body type,' leader 'Wear whatever you want, alight feel good about yourself.'"

Winter as well credits her older sister, Shanelle Workman, whom she lives colleague, for encouraging her to elect comfortable in her own cascade.

"I look up to supplementary so much," she gushes. "I would listen to her malarkey to me, saying, 'It doesn't matter what other people believe. You are who you downside. It's not going to clash. Love yourself for who restore confidence are. People are going down hate regardless of what set your mind at rest do.
